Myofascial Rolling: Gastroc & Soleus

Start by pinning your proximal calf by sitting on the floor with your foot pointed.

Next, apply pressure to the ball as you slowly flex your foot and gently lean forward.

You can also try rolling down your calf as you slowly flex your foot.
