Myofascial Rolling: Fibularis Group

Start by pinning the proximal outer edge of your calf by sitting on the floor with your pointed and slightly winged.

Next, apply pressure to the ball as you slowly sickle your foot.

You can also try rolling down the muscle fibres calf as you slowly sickle your foot.
