  • Chiropractic Care

    Chiropractic Care is SAFE, GENTLE, and EFFECTIVE. Appointments can include any or all of the following: adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, laser therapy, medical acupuncture, electrical stim, rehabilitation exercise (Pilates, FRC, PBT), and clinical/athletic taping.

  • Massage Therapy (RMT)

    Focus is put on treating and mobilization soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, nerve). Techniques can include effleurage, pin and stretch, Swedish Deep Tissue, and petrasauge. Appointments can focus on injury treatment or relaxation.

  • Medical Acupuncture

    Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Medical Acupuncture combines TCM points with clinical research. Acupuncture is based off local anatomy, as well as Influential and Shu points.

  • RAPID Neurofascial Reset

  • Laser Therapy

    Low Level Light Light Therapy utilizes a cold laser to speed up healing while decreasing pain.

  • Rehabilitation

    Every patient receives a personal strategic rehabilitation plan with exercises, instruction, and correction to meet their individual goals.

  • Electrical Stimulation

    Electrical stimulation is offered through Electroacupuncture. Similar to a TENS unit, electro acupuncture decreases pain to allow for manual therapy or rehabilitation.

  • Pilates

    Contemporary Pilates combines a more clinical approach to classic Pilates. Improve core endurance, use of breath, joint mobility and control through Pilates exercises.

  • Functional Range Conditioning

    A full body approach to joint stability and flexibility. Increase neurological control at end-range and promote longer, stronger muscles through FRC protocol.

  • Custom Orthotics

    Support and pain relief from custom orthotics. Orthotic appointments include biomechanical examination, plaster casting, orthotic fitting, and one pair of custom orthotics (made locally).

  • Progressing Ballet Technique

    A physiotherapy-based conditioning program developed through the work of the Australian Ballet using a yoga ball, a Pilates squishy ball, and a theraband.

  • Clinical & Athletic Taping

    Taping can be used for both support and as a proprioceptive tool with dance injuries and injury prevention.
