Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our patient’s and practitioner’s time, we require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours hours notice are subject to a 50% fee for the first time, and full 100% fee any following missed or late cancelled appointments. Please note, extended health benefits do not allow claiming of missed/late appointment charges.

For any “snow days” we will follow the Toronto District School Board for updates and will waive the cancellation fee if busses and schools are also closed due to weather.

Late Policy

We understand that life can get in the way of making all of the “scheduled moments” day-to-day. We do ask that you arrive on time for all appointments with Made To Move, and understand that when arriving for a booking late, only the remaining time allotted will be used for service.
